System Upgrade

To bring you the latest and greatest technology we will be undertaking a system upgrade Wednesday, December 1st! Let us help you get prepared and avoid any service interruptions!


Wednesday, November 10th 

Last day to order a NEW credit card before the conversion to avoid interruptions.

 

Tuesday, November 30th (starting at 3 pm)

The following services will be down

  • Mobile Banking
  • Home Banking
  • Debit Cards – Be sure to get cash before 3 pm on 11/30!
  • Shared Branching

 

Wednesday, December 1st

  • All credit union branches will be CLOSED for conversion updates.

 

Thursday, December 2nd – Conversion COMPLETE!

You’ll need to:

  • Re-enroll in Home Banking.
  • Download the NEW Mobile App.
  • Re-enroll in Mobile Banking.

You’ll be automatically enrolled in eStatements.

 

Saturday, December 4th  

  • All credit union branches will be OPEN to serve you.

What is being upgraded?
EVERYTHING! From home banking, mobile banking, to the way we conduct your transactions!
Will my member number (account number) change?
No. All members will keep the same account numbers they have always had.
Will the Mobile App change?
Yes. We are launching a new and much improved mobile app. If you have our old app, you will need to download the new Midland Credit Union mobile app from your app store and delete the old app.

Our members are the best and deserve the best products and services we can offer! The new system enables us to give you the latest and greatest enhancements. It also greatly increases our ability to operate more efficiently, which will save you and the credit union money, time, and effort. This allows us to provide better products and services to all!
