Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
Due to the increase of identity theft and the threat of personal financial information being compromised over the internet, credit unions are now required to implement additional security to their online banking services. This Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) provides greater security and relies on more than one way to verify the user's identity.  ALL MEMBERS HAVE TO BE ENROLLED to be able to access their accounts online. 

6  simple steps to get enrolled:
      1.  Click on "click here to enroll" on the Home banking screen
      2.  Put in your member number/account number
           - Enter your password (PIN the one you normally use) using the screen keyboard & your mouse
           - Type in the 4 digit security code as you see it (using your computer keyboard)
     3.  Select 5 questions and answers and remember these for future use
     4.  Enter personal image if you would like to see one. 
         
This can be a word or set of characters that you will see each time you log in.
     5. Click Submit
